HIMTU Exam Time Table / Date Sheet

The Datesheet of university external theory/practical and reappear examination is uploaded on its official website 25-30 days before the commencement of the examination. The date-sheet of Odd semester examination is released in the month of October, while the date-sheet of even semester term-end examination is published in the month of March. The Odd semester external theory and reappear examination is organized in the month of November, while the even semester examination is held in the month of April.

Steps to Download HPCET 2018 Admit Card

• The students will have to enter their name/ HPCET 2018 application number and programme to check their admit card/Hall Ticket.
• The admit card/Hall Ticket will be displayed on the screen.
• Before downloading the HPCET 2018 admit card/Hall Ticket, the students are requested to check the document for any discrepancies.
• The students will have to download and print out the admit card/Hall Ticket of HPCET 2018.

Himachal Pradesh Technical University Admission 2018

Admission to most of the Program at HIMTU is based on the basis of marks obtained in various National Level Tests and Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test (HPCET) 2018.

• For admission to the B.Tech Program, 50% candidates are selected from Joint Entrance Examination – 2018 (JEE-2018) and rest 50% are selected from HPCET-2018
• The admission to B.Pharm. and MCA degree Program shall be made based on the merit of HPCET-2018
• The admission to M.Pharm. degree Program shall be made on the basis of merit of the Valid GPAT-2018 score
• The admission to M.B.A. degree course shall be made in the order of merit of the valid score of CAT, CMAT, MAT, HPCET-2018
• The admission to M.Tech degree Program shall be made on the basis of merit of the valid GATE-2018 score

Online Exam Form of HIMTU

• All Students have to apply online. The Information Brochure for HPCET-2018 can be downloaded from the University website 
• The applicants are required to pay the Entrance Examination Fee through the following mode:- (i) Net banking /Credit card/Debit card (ii) e-Challan mode
• Entrance Examination Fee (Non-refundable) for HPCET-2018 is Rs.1400/- for SC/ST/BPL and Rs.1550/- for others 
• The Students can apply for two entrance tests i.e B.Tech & B.Pharma( Allo.) or B.Pharma (Allo.) & B.Pharma( Ayur.) simultaneously and have to pay a double processing fee
